Educational Programs

The Greater New York Chapter is proud of its tradition of leadership in providing educational programs for PALS, caregivers and health care professionals.

Our in-service training is a vital resource to health care providers who have a limited understanding of the disease process and care needs of PALS.

Our Symposia are designed to inform and educate PALS, caregivers and health care professionals in a comprehensive and understandable format. This is an opportunity to learn more about research and attend workshops that address many of the common concerns and issues that face individuals and families living with ALS. Symposia are held annually in New Jersey, New York and on Long Island.
