Gifts in Tribute
Many friends choose to celebrate the life of a loved one by giving to The ALS Association (ALSA). ALSA is happy to designate your gift in honor or in memory of a loved one, or in celebration of a special occasion.
ALSA will be pleased to send your loved one or designated family members a letter informing them of your gift, in addition to sending you an acknowledgment suitable for tax purposes. Simply include this information with your contribution:
Gifts in Honor/Recognition:
- If your gift is in honor or recognition, provide the living honoree's name, as well as his or her address.
Gifts in Memory:
- If your gift is in memory, please provide the name of the person you are memorializing, as well as the name and address of the family member(s) you wish us to notify.
Please note that once your donation is submitted, it cannot be cancelled via our website.
